We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, informing them about our products or services, and generating sales leads. The Tele Caller will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a positive attitude. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or further their career in sales.
Job Description

- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Presenting company products and services over the phone
- Generating leads and setting up appointments for sales team
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintaining accurate records of all communication with customers
- Meeting daily and monthly call targets
- Providing excellent customer service
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
- Working closely with the sales team to meet goals
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Salary: Commission Based
