Techwing is seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and be responsible for creating and delivering training programs to students. The Technical Trainer will be tasked with designing and implementing training materials, conducting workshops and seminars, and providing ongoing support to ensure that participants fully grasp the technical concepts being taught. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to simplify complex technical information for easy comprehension. A passion for teaching and a desire to help others succeed in the tech industry are essential for this role.

Job Description

- Conduct training sessions on technical topics for engineering students.
- Develop training materials and manuals for various technical subjects
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
- Provide support and guidance to trainees to enhance their understanding of technical concepts
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to incorporate into training programs
- Manage training schedules and resources to ensure efficient delivery of training sessions
- Identify training needs within the organization and recommend appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align training objectives with business goals
- Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance evaluations.
