Job Description

- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Document all interactions with clients in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate more complex issues
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies and updates in the industry
- Assist in the development of technical documentation and training materials
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
