- Conduct research on potential clients and industries to identify opportunities for technical sales
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to support sales efforts
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions for clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets by proactively identifying new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM system
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns
- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services through training and development opportunities.
