Star India Agencies Pvt Ltd, a Mahindra Authorized Dealership, is seeking a qualified Technical Manager to join our team. The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing all technical operations within the dealership, including managing a team of technicians, ensuring timely and efficient servicing of vehicles, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive engineering, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. A thorough understanding of Mahindra vehicles and products is preferred. Join our dynamic team and play a key role in providing top-notch technical support to our valued customers.

Job Description

- Oversee and manage the technical operations of the Mahindra authorized dealership
- Develop and implement technical training programs for staff
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturer technical standards and guidelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with vehicles
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall dealership performance
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for technical equipment and tools
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology
- Provide technical support to service advisors and mechanics
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Communicate effectively with customers to address technical concerns and provide recommendations
