- Research and create technical content for Optimhire's products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of technical documentation
- Write, edit, and proofread user manuals, guides, and other technical documents
- Translate technical information into clear and concise content for a layman audience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical writing
- Help improve the overall user experience by creating easy-to-understand content
- Assist in creating training materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with content management systems
