Job Description
Job Title: Technical Sales Executive
Location: Saket, Delhi
Shift: US Night Shift IST (8 PM TO 5 AM)
Salary: 3LPA Fixed + Lucrative Incentives
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to US customers over the phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Work with customers to understand their needs and recommend technical solutions
- Generate and qualify leads
- Develop and deliver sales presentations
- Close deals and grow sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including US night shifts
