Job Description
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to a team of
developers, helping them make informed decisions and resolve technical challenges.
Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and project
managers to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Plan and prioritize tasks,
estimate effort, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Architecture and Design: Drive the design and architecture of software systems, considering
factors such as scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Make informed
technology choices and enforce best practices.
Development and Coding: Participate actively in coding and development activities, contributing
to critical components or modules of the software solution.
Technical Documentation: Ensure the creation and maintenance of technical documentation,
including architectural diagrams, design documents, and code documentation.
Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration within the
development team, as well as with other stakeholders. Facilitate knowledge sharing and
promote a culture of continuous learning.
Quality Assurance: Advocate for and enforce quality standards, including code reviews, testing
strategies, and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues,
providing guidance and support to the development team to resolve problems and ensure the
stability of the software.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best
practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
