Job Description

- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to ensure smooth operation of daily activities

- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to help them achieve their sales goals

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to improve overall team performance

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing and advertising efforts for listed properties

- Develop and implement strategies to increase team productivity and efficiency

- Maintain and update knowledge of market trends, real estate laws, and best practices in the industry

- Serve as a point of contact for clients and handle any escalated issues or concerns

- Monitor and track team progress towards sales targets and goals

- Create a positive and collaborative work environment to foster teamwork and motivation among team members

- Report directly to upper management and provide regular updates on team performance and challenges.
