Job Description
- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure consistency in processes and communication
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and strategies
- Serve as the main point of contact for escalations and complex customer issues
- Implement training programs to develop team members' skills and knowledge
- Track and report on key performance metrics to management
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and onboarding new team members.
- Salary offered: 2.3 lpa – 3.3 lpa
