EJS Global Solutions is seeking experienced Team Leaders to oversee operations and lead a team of employees in executing tasks and projects efficiently. The Team Leaders will be responsible for delegating tasks, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure consistency in processes and communication
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and strategies
- Serve as the main point of contact for escalations and complex customer issues
- Implement training programs to develop team members' skills and knowledge
- Track and report on key performance metrics to management
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and onboarding new team members.
