- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives

- Provide training and support to team members

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall business operations
- Maintain relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills: Excelent Communication, Team Handling, Knowledge of B2B Portals like IndiaMart, TradeIndia, Justdial etc.
