Job Description

- Lead a team of Search Job consultants to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to support their professional development
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of team activities and performance metrics
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to inform team strategy
