Job Description

Responsibilities:

 Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

 Develop and implement strategies for generating leads and acquiring new clients in the BPO sector.

 Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.

 Assist BDEs in prospecting, cold calling, and client meetings to close deals.

 Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and best practices.

 Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.

 Provide exceptional after-sales service to retain and grow client relationships.

 Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

 Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.

 Promote a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and continuous learning

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

 Experience with lead generation and client relationship management.
