- Lead a team of female sales professionals in achieving property sales targets at Estatex Land Base
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable real estate options
- Demonstrate expertise in property sales and real estate industry trends to drive business growth
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they meet individual and team objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve productivity and results
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to build relationships and expand client base.
