- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets and deadlines
- Mentor and coach team members to improve performance and reach goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates
- Utilize ATS system and other tools to track candidates and monitor progress
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on team performance and hiring metrics.
