Job Description
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of Tally software
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Create and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures
- Conduct trainings and workshops for clients on Tally software usage
- Stay up-to-date on Tally software updates and new features
- Assist with testing and quality assurance of Tally software updates
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
