Job Description

Role: SuccessFactors Time & Attendance Consultant Location: 100% Remote work / Pune, MH, India – Working hours – US TIME ZONE Job type: 12+ Month’s contract Job Description: • Time Off implementation experience required with configuration and customization especially Time Tracking (previously Payroll Time Sheet) preferred. • Strong communication skill to talk to stakeholders and manage their expectation without compromise the global template. • Very strong perception on Time sheet validation rules and Time valuation configuration. MUST HAVES: • Implemented Time & Attendance for at least 2 projects (End to End with multi countries will be considered an advantage) • SAP certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core and/or SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
