Job Description

1. Provide insights and guidance to students on filling out college applications based on the individual's skills, interests, and aspirations 2. Ensure students are not facing any difficulties while filling out college application forms 3. Use the lead management app (our CRM) to track and manage leads and follow up with potential clients 4. Participate in fortnightly learning sessions to upgrade knowledge and skills, and complete the self-learning course module 5. Achieve performance-based targets and deliver high-quality service to clients 6. Collaborate with the team and contribute to team goals
