JD – SSS – Student Success Specialist - Work from home
Graduation is mandatory
Gender: Male & Female – Both are eligible. (Condition Apply)
1. Married women should have kids who are going to School - Age for Married Women –
Below 35 Years.
2. For Unmarried Men and women – Age not more than 28 Years.
3. Married Men are not eligible for this role.
Language: English – Fluent| Regional Language – Hindi and Marathi
1. Full interview to happen in English only strictly. Only scenarios to be done in regional language (Without English - proper reject)
Compensation: 3.50 LPA CTC –
2-Week Virtual Training – In Training will get a salary of 3.50 CTC LPA based on attendance.
if they are selected, they will have 2 weeks of training and only when they clear the training will be eligible to proceed with the job role.
Time of work: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
5 hours of talk time per day, 60 customer connections, and 150 or more dialed calls.
SSS has two days off. a rotating base.
LAPTOP and WIFI – This should be a must.
The roles & responsibilities will be it’s a post sales roles where you are assigned to 500 customers, where you can handling all the queries with the customers.
1) Mentoring them to their academic excellence.
2) Helping students with app navigation.
3) Retain Students.
4) Handling all customer queries.
Package: 3.5 LPA + Incentives
Job Type: Calling
Targets: 5 hours talk time + 60 customer connects + 150+ dialed calls.
Week off: 2 days on the weekdays.
So the company will provide you 2 weeks training. The training stipend would be 13611 rupees, if you successfully complete the training the package is 3.5 LPA + incentives.
