I Wash Hub is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our busy car wash location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the store, including scheduling, inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision. The Store Manager will lead a team of employees to ensure excellent service delivery and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. The Store Manager will also be responsible for driving sales, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Previous experience in retail management is preferred. Job Description

- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations at I wash hub store
- Manage and train store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service
- Responsible for inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to staff
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive store traffic
- Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve store goals
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to make informed decisions
