- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations at I wash hub store
- Manage and train store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service
- Responsible for inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to staff
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive store traffic
- Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve store goals
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to make informed decisions
