- Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Manage the store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to improve store productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any customer service issues.
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee merchandise displays.
- Analyze store performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with upper management to set sales goals and objectives.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members.
