- Greet customers upon arrival and assist them with seating
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Engage with customers to ensure their dining experience is enjoyable
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist in serving food and beverages to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner
- Handle customer payments and process transactions accurately
- Display a positive and friendly attitude towards all customers and team members
