As a Staffing Specialist at Wipro, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. Job Description

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source and attract candidates through various channels
- Interview and assess potential candidates
- Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish
- Negotiate and extend job offers
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies
- Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job records
