Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive, located in Lucknow & Uttrakhand . The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling FnS and Montavo products to customers, driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Job Responsibility:-
- Candidate should be handling a bigger territory (at least one third of UP)
- Candidate should be from a consumer durable company
- Candidate should be a frontline sales person and should not have team under him
- Retail Sales and Sales skills
- Customer Service and Relationship Building skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Experience in the cutlery or related industry is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
