Job Description
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote brand awareness and drive engagement for pharmaceutical products
- Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting, to attract and retain customers
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and industry regulations to maintain compliance
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Execute paid social media campaigns to reach target audiences and generate leads.
