Job Description

- Create and manage social media content for Erekrut's platforms
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to drive decision-making
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for social media marketing
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling visual and written content
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Help execute paid social media campaigns to meet specific objectives and KPIs
- Assist in planning and executing social media events and campaigns
- Build relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand Erekrut's reach and visibility.
