Job Description
- Oversee daily operations at the manufacturing site
- Manage and coordinate production schedules
- Ensure that production goals are met
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Provide leadership and support to production team
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols
- Track and report on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Train and develop staff members
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
