Meta Branding is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with proven leadership abilities. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for conducting regular safety inspections, implementing and enforcing company policies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow. Job Description

- Oversee daily operations at the manufacturing site
- Manage and coordinate production schedules
- Ensure that production goals are met
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Provide leadership and support to production team
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols
- Track and report on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Train and develop staff members
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
