- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the worksite
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and workers
- Monitor progress of projects and report to management
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks
- Train and mentor new employees
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on site
- Maintain accurate records of materials and equipment
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients and vendors
- Proactively identify and address any potential risks or problems.
