- Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Handle any customer complaints or issues that arise during shift
- Responsible for opening or closing duties as needed
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
