Theobroma Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality food service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Shift Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, scheduling, and handling customer inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in the food industry and a background in management are preferred. The Shift Manager must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and make quick decisions to ensure efficient and successful shift operations. Job Description

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Create and implement schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during shifts
- Train new hires on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization of the store
- Collaborate with other shift managers and senior management to improve overall store performance
- Keep accurate records of sales, employee performance, and inventory levels
- Uphold company standards and enforce policies to maintain a safe and positive work environment.
