Job Description
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Create and implement schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during shifts
- Train new hires on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization of the store
- Collaborate with other shift managers and senior management to improve overall store performance
- Keep accurate records of sales, employee performance, and inventory levels
- Uphold company standards and enforce policies to maintain a safe and positive work environment.
