We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Executive at Quilon Transport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by managing and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of services and providing regular updates to customers. The Service Executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance overall customer experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Experience in a customer service or related role is preferred. Job Description

- Responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with booking transportation services and resolving any issues or concerns
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery and pick up of goods
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize service efficiency
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and address any service gaps
- Keep updated on industry trends and regulations to better serve customers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Quilon Transport
- Report to the Service Manager and assist with any other duties as needed
