As a Service Advisor at Amar Cars Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients bringing their vehicles in for maintenance or repairs. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, assessing their service needs, scheduling appointments, explaining repair estimates, and ensuring timely completion of all services. You will also be responsible for upselling additional services and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong automotive knowledge, and a customer-centric approach. Job Description

- Interact with customers to understand their vehicle service needs
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments and assign tasks
- Provide accurate estimates for service costs and explain the scope of work
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, updating them on progress
- Assist in recommending additional services or repairs needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure timely completion of all service appointments and maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain records of customer interactions and service history for future reference
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and customer experience.
