Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing projects across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to Clients
Allocate resources and manage project teams to ensure successful project execution.
Assign Job roles and resposibilities of Team Leads of different departments.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and discuss with the teams
Prepare and present performance reports to clients at the time of project deadline.
Communicate effectively with clients on chat and call on different platforms Upwork, PPH, Guru, Direct, Slack, Skype, Mail or Whatsapp.
Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Manage overall company projects and assign to Leaders according to the hrs utilization.
Manage projects budget and strategies according to the Goals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Project Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
