Job Description
- Lead the sourcing strategy and execution for all purchasing activities within the company
- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality for products and services
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and improve overall supplier performance
- Analyze market trends and industry best practices to identify potential new suppliers and innovative sourcing solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing activities with business objectives and goals
- Monitor and track supplier performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with company standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sourcing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Stay current on industry developments and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in sourcing processes.
