Innovest Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and managing a team of sales representatives. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activity, and providing regular sales reports to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong leadership abilities. Job Description

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
- Identify new market opportunities and drive growth within existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive product sales
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve overall performance
- Represent Innovest Technology at industry events and conferences
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately to senior management
