As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will develop and maintain relationships with key clients, create tailored sales strategies, and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets. In addition, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the market and industry trends. This role offers the opportunity to lead and mentor a sales team and make a significant impact on the company's bottom line.

Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals
- Manage and expand customer base through relationship-building and networking
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth
- Lead sales team by setting targets, providing support, and monitoring performance
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients
- Analyze sales data and assess market conditions to adjust sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotions
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Salary : 16000 to 37000 Take home + 140rs daily Travel Allowances + Incentives

Experience: 6 month to 1 year experience In any Field sales
