Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle in-house sales by engaging with clients in the showroom, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions for wardrobes, kitchens, and custom furniture.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the company's product range and services to effectively guide clients through the decision-making process.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, working to generate new leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction from consultation through to project completion.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered to the highest standards.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and keep track of market trends to provide clients with the most relevant solutions.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or luxury home sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with high-end clients.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
