The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and experience in the interior design or luxury home solution sector.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle in-house sales by engaging with clients in the showroom, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions for wardrobes, kitchens, and custom furniture.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the company's product range and services to effectively guide clients through the decision-making process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, working to generate new leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction from consultation through to project completion.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and keep track of market trends to provide clients with the most relevant solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or luxury home sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with high-end clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
