BRBDSONS is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The target Audience is Architects/ Interior designers/ project heads/ instututes like hotels, hospitals The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Duties include identifying new business opportunities, creating and implementing sales strategies, and working closely with the marketing team to promote our products and services. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. A bachelor's degree in business or related field is required. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company and make a significant impact on our continued success.

Job Description

- Drive revenue and profit margins through strategic sales efforts
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted sales plans
- Lead sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients
- Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities
- Mentor and coach junior sales team members
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
