Job Description

- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Source and select optimal merchandise mix for retail stores
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on merchandising initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to optimize product assortment and pricing
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for best terms
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards and provide feedback
- Train and mentor junior merchandising staff to develop their skills
- Communicate merchandising objectives and performance to senior management
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and continuously improve merchandising processes

Experience: 8 to 15 years in Garments Manufacturing

Salary range: 50k to 60k
