Homzinterio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills. Responsibilities include leading design projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating innovative and functional design solutions, and managing project budgets and timelines. The Senior Interior Designer will also be responsible for mentoring and supervising junior designers. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit and Adobe Creative Suite. Job Description

- Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative interior design solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Develop detailed design proposals, including floor plans, furniture layouts, color schemes, and material selections
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in interior design
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other industry professionals
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project team members to ensure design intent is carried out accurately
- Participate in client presentations and design reviews
- Contribute to the growth and success of the design team through creative input, leadership, and collaboration.
