Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes for employees
- Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Setting up KRAs and KPIs for departments and team members
- Handle payroll administration activities
- Collaborate with leadership to create succession plans and talent development strategies.
- Stay abreast of labor laws and industry regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Lead diversity and inclusion programs, promoting a culture of equality within the organization.
- Provide advice on employee discipline and grievances.
- Basic knowledge of various Online portals
- Lead & Train HR team
Experience: 2 to 3 years in Jewelry Manufacturing Industry
Qualification: Graduation & Post Graduation.

Additional Skills:
- Communication: English, Hindi & Marathi (Local Language will be additional)
- Basic Computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Outlook)
- Must be personable and willing to go above and beyond to solve Employee concerns
- Must have good experience in Salary, Payroll, HR admin and compliance
- Basic knowledge Naukri.com and Indeed.com
- Experience in handling Blue collar workers
