The Senior ASM at our financial services provider will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of ASM's in a designated area to drive sales and achieve targets. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Senior ASM will also be responsible for training and mentoring ASM's, conducting performance evaluations, and providing regular reports to senior management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of financial products and services. A degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Job Description

- Lead a team of ASM and sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their performance and professional development
- Monitor and evaluate team performance using key metrics and KPIs
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities and results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and success in sales efforts
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and drive business growth.
