Job Description :
- Experience working in Tally and have complete GST working knowledge.
- Must have experience in Salary preparation in Excel sheets.
- Should have knowledge of all Statutory Compliance.
- Banking Transaction - NEFT & RTGS knowledge.
- Should have done Banking correspondence and coordination with the Bank whenever required.
- Experience working independently.
- Reconcile Bank statements by comparing transactions to the General ledger.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial modeling.
- Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, including preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, liaise with auditors, and implement audit recommendations to improve financial controls and processes.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital and ensure adequate funds for operational needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the legal team for any case related to the projects.
