Every call made to the customer will be audited. 2. There will be a set target every week to accomplish. 3. The assessment parameters will include performance metrics, capability and quality audits, and feedback from the manager/ trainer and HR Team. Upon successfully passing the training program and Probation Period, you become eligible to be offered the role of BDA Centre Sales.
