- Providing excellent customer service to existing clients
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Demonstrating product knowledge and effectively communicating the benefits to potential customers
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted sales campaigns
- Attending trade shows and industry events to network and promote our products
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitive activity
- Generating sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Working closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
