- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote company products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the management
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or queries
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure effective product promotion
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and expand client base
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development opportunities
