Job Description
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Build relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new customers
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports
- Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and promote products/services
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to customers.
