*We are hiring Graduate Freshers for CASA- Sales Officer (Field Sales role) for India’s leading Private Sector Bank in Rajasthan (Jaipur & Kota)*
*Job Purpose* : To acquire CASA, Salary accounts and cross sell multiple banking products.
*Key Accountability:* The key accountability of the Sales Officer is to acquire new clients around the branch catchment area/ open marketing through field visit, build relationship, build Liability Book & generate revenue through cross sell of various banking products.
*Designation* : - CASA – Sales Officer
*Salary Budget: -*
Fixed - 1.92 LPA, CTC- 2.30 LPA + entitled for upto Rs.60000/- incentives per month on the basis of their performance.
*Desired Profile:*
Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language, excellent lead generation and conversion skill, Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines & work
successfully as a part of a team, High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently, ready to travel locally for meeting customers during sales calls, should have compatible mobile device with a required Android
*Job Description* : –
▪️Selling of bank’s and third party products to new customers.
▪️Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area/ open marketing through field visit
▪️Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates ▪️Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SME
▪️Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generations
▪️Conducting marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.
▪️ Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross selling of more products.
▪️Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basis.
▪️Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (AMFI, EUIN etc.) post joining Bank.
▪️Complete all learning activities conducted by the bank from time to time.
▪️Daily entry of interaction with customers in bank’s CRM system.
▪️ Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activity.
*Career Path:* Sales Officer to Sales Officer 1 (Fast Track Growth) to AM Sales to Sales Manager
*Work Experience* : Fresher & Maximum 6 months experience candidates can apply (Any field Sales)
*Mandatory Eligibility Criteria* –
👉Min graduate in any steam (Arts/Commerce/ Science)
👉Age Limit- 21 yrs to 28 years
👉Should be staying within 10km radius of the allocated Branch
*Interview Process:* - It’s an online Assessment (Aptitude) test which will be scheduled at Bank Branch
*NOTE* : - Candidates should be within 15 days/ immediate joiner.
