Equity Planners LLP is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate firm based in Noida, Sector 136. We are dedicated to providing exceptional real estate solutions and are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager at Equity Planners LLP, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the sales team to achieve targets. Your role will involve strategizing, mentoring, and ensuring the effective execution of sales plans within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and client relationships.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their sales skills.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 6 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
